Please note: This is a new business.  We're really proud of it and hope to make it successful, but we may be out of the office periodically acquiring new products, attending writer's conferences etc.  In other words, if you call you might get our recorder.  Don't worry--it's not a black hole.  We promise to check for messages as often as possible and get back to you just as soon as we can.  Our goal: To get back to you in 24 hours or less--preferably much less.
